The dressing device and dressing discs

Since first establishing this company, Fässler has been offering a dressing device and dressing discs for dressing grinding worms.

Fässler’s dressing device encompasses two dressing spindles for optimal flexibility and universality (changing the pressure angle without using a new dressing disc). The device is very easy to operate and you can mount this device on the most generation grinding machines.

The dressing tools are also diamond plated discs, which are designed according to customer’s specifications. These discs have a very long use life and can be used also on many different brand generation grinding machines, which were not originally equipped with Fässler dressing devices. Due to the long use life, Fässler dressing discs are very economical and are highly recommended by many repeat customers. Fässler is able to design each dressing disc for an optimal result (tip relief, profile crowning, etc.).
